Visit this page https://developer-new.mozilla.org/ca/docs/HTML/HTML5 , Open the Languages list, Note that the url for English (US) is https://developer-new.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/pt-br/HTML/HTML5 It has pt-br in the link. As there is no pt-BR version of this page you cannot get to the English version through the Languages menu. Selecting English from the Other languages list in the footer does not have the same problem.

I no longer see "English" in this list (maybe because of bug 882070).
Another page that used to have this problem. https://developer.mozilla.org/pt-BR/docs/HTML/HTML5 Cannot reproduce this one either, maybe for the same reason.
Everything looks ok right now. Reopen with STR if I'm mistaken.
