In bug 771826, we implemented a social toolbar UI that displays a "content panel" from the selected provider when clicked. This panel contains arbitrary HTML and so it needs to size itself accordingly.

We need some solution for having it detect its optimal size. Possibilities include:

- the size to be fixed (punt!)
- width to be fixed (simplifies things a lot, height dimension can easily be calculated based on content)
- provider specifies one or more dimensions in its manifest
