bug 765143 added a new perl module dependency to bugzilla - HTML::Tree please install this module on web1, as checksetup.pl is unable to complete until this is installed (package: perl-HTML-Tree.noarch).

i've disabled securemail on web1 to allow checksetup to complete. once the module has been installed i'll re-enabled.
