In implementing Service-Now, WPR tickets will now be generated in Service-Now. We would like to hide the option for users to be able to open a WPR request in Bugzilla. This needs to be done no later than July 23rd (Service-Now go live date). Please let me know if you need anything else from me.
you can no longer file bugs into the "Mozilla Corporation" : "Facilities Management" component.
