VM is online and basic nagios checks added, however, ran into some issues with the puppetizing script.

Also, the rdns pointed to relengwebadm.private.scl3.mozilla.com.75.22.10.in-addr.arpa. as the entry was missing a period (corrected).

Will update when resolved.
VM puppetized.
