It would be helpful to have a set of instructions for this room. Today we had a Vidyo call but we could not get the room to work.

We hit the video button to connect but we were never able to connect despite trying all kinds of machinations.

Also https://intranet.mozilla.org/Vidyo also does not have the room number referenced.

I talked to Richard about this today - basically you cannot use the scroll mechanism on the control unit, so it makes it very difficult to connect to the room to start the call. The workaround is to use the remote, but many people don't know that. So I believe there still a few bugs related to this room, and Richard filed some of them today.
Also, remoties indicated that they could hear a lot of echo from Zombocom with the default audio settings.

With the default audio settings, audioconferencing was alright though.

Here are a list of the issues I currently face when trying to use the room:

*Cannot use the command module to select the room you want to dial since it skips. Have to use the remote
*The camera does not automatically face the user when you turn the unit on. You have to go to the camera tab and press home.
*Audio is very often very choppy and the sound cuts out.
*Bug 775001

Under what circumstances? Vidyo? Audio (telephone) conference?

David was using Vidyo (not sure if he was in a Vidyo room in SF or using his laptop). The audio cut out almost consistently today during our 20 minute conversation which was between 2:30 and 3:00 PM Pacific.
