Steps to reproduce:
Launch my different versions of firefox at once, browse and shutdown some browsers rightfully
After a while reboot my windows xp (sp3) laptop.
Actual results:
The locked flag is still on, besides I close (rightfully) the browsers and restart the laptop.
Expected results:
AFAIK the flag show gone away.
