For the past couple days, webtools have been on and off for me, switching between the usual laggy-but-usable to completely unusable. Bonsai, lxr, bugzilla, mozilla.org--all take forever for me, sometimes timing out. Others have reported slowdown also. Any idea?

This have anything to do with query logging being reactivated?

Sounds like network problems if it's all services, as they're on at least two different machines. This isn't just a Bugzilla issue, it probably belongs in the Miscellaneous components.
