Steps to reproduce:
1) Load the detail page: https://marketplace.mozilla.org/en-US/app/cardfed/
2) Click the "FREE" install button: http://f.cl.ly/items/1a191F1O0y28020X3r15/Screen%20shot%202012-07-17%20at%202.16.01%20AM.png
3) Notice the button briefly changes to "Installing..." then reverts to its original "FREE" state.

Worth noting:
* "Manage Payments" (https://marketplace.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/app/cardfed/payments) says "Premium, but I'll use my own payments system": http://f.cl.ly/items/431B0E2K1a3g3X0N253c/Screen%20shot%202012-07-17%20at%201.48.26%20AM.png
* Upon clicking "Installing..." when we generate the receipt (for what we probably think is a paid app listed in our Marketplace), I see a 403: http://f.cl.ly/items/282W2o061B343X3D0o37/Screen%20shot%202012-07-17%20at%202.18.51%20AM.png
