Screenshot of the issue
Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to https://builder-addons-dev.allizom.org
2.Click create addon button
3.Click properties, neter a new name then click save
Expected results:
Addon should have changed it's name.
Actual results:
Addon doens't change name, and an error message is returned.
**I've attached a screenshoy of the issue.

@zalun: it looks like it is erroring because the jid is being submitted and it already exists.
