1) Open a chat tab, and ensure you have an account set up with some online / offline contacts (like Google Talk).
2) Open an email in a new tab, then detach the tab
3) In the new window that's opened, open a new chat tab

What happens?

All contacts appear to be offline - even the ones that are clearly online / busy.

What's expected?

Contacts that are online should be in the online contact group.
