The admin app's error log is showing: [Tue Jul 17 07:36:08 2012] [error] [client 10.8.33.241] IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/var/log/httpd/aus4.mozilla.org/aus.log' And the permissions on that directory/file are: [bhearsum@node267.seamicro.phx1 aus4.mozilla.org]$ ls -ld . drwxr-xr-x 2 root users 245760 Jul 17 07:22 . [bhearsum@node267.seamicro.phx1 aus4.mozilla.org]$ ls -l aus.log -rw-r--r-- 1 apache root 5756243167 Jul 15 03:49 aus.log
will fix as part of bug 754067, will have resolved within the hour
