Please reassign talos-mtnlion-r5-090.test.releng.scl3.mozilla.com as install.test.releng.scl3.mozilla.com and set it up as a deploy studio server to handle imaging the 10.8 talos machines in that vlan.

This is a top priority since the OS is due to be released in a week and a half.
changed in nagios, inventory/dhcp, and dns.
