nagios-releng-scl1 just does not "roll off the tongue" and is half again as long as what it previously was

since I don't see a nagios-scl1 in #sysadmins that would work - or heck, just call the thing nagios-releng

to stick with the nagios-{DC] convention (nagios-corp) aside.  I went with nagios-scl1.
