if you go to:
http://www.onlinereg.dk/ja.html
and leave the input fields empty and presses "Næste" Password Manager asks you
to save the informaiton. But I didn't enter any information.

Password Manager shouldn't ask about save when form fields are empty

A bit of confusion here.  Component is set to "form manager" but bug talks about 
"password manager".  Updating component to "password manager".
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
