User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.2; WOW64; rv:14.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/14.0.1
Build ID: 20120713134347
Steps to reproduce:
The category names in the menu "Encodage des caractères" should be "Europe de l'Ouest" and so on instead of "Européen de l'Ouest". This is because people tend to say "un encodage d'Europe de l'Ouest" rather than "un encodage européen de l'Ouest".
I attached a patch. You might also consider changing "Plus d'encodages" to "Autres encodages", but it would require changing the accelerator keys.

Hi, thanks for the bug report, I think it's better too.
I kept SE and SO for Asia, because it must be as short as possible in a menu.
