775481 - Make alert() (and similar) unavailable to Marketplace applications

The alert() method spins a nested event loop which tickles bugs in Gecko (e.g. bug 637264). To make sure that Marketplace applications have such quality attributes that they don't tickle Gecko bugs, I suggest making alert() and similar methods that skin and nested event loop in order to display a modal dialog unavailable to applications installed by the Marketplace.
