Do not tell the user that their changes will override changes made by others in a mid-air screen if that is not true

Details

There are some changes such as CC field changes, attachment flag changes, comments etc which will not be reverted if you just resubmit a mid-air page, but Bugzilla tells me otherwise. This is confusing.
while i agree that cc changes shouldn't trigger a mid-air, other changes made to a bug, while not in direct conflict with yours, may impact the reasons for your changes, so it's important for these to be displayed.

I disagree, but that is not the point! The mid-air page says: "This will cause all of the above changes to be overwritten". That is a lie, and it causes people to revisit the bug and make the exact same changes in the fear of reverting somebody else's change which would not happen anyway.
