Description

If mozilla is not being built in the source directory, the --enable-insure
flag does not work. I traced the problem to the match-dir.sh script.
It was looking for a file called Makefile.in which does not exist
when not building in the source directory. I changed it so that it
gets its information from Makefile, which exists whether building in
the source directory or not. A patch is attached.

I just checked in a slightly modified version of your
attachment that will work for either Makefile or Makefile.in.
Let me know what you think.

It looks good to me. I like your fix better than my original.
