The ports have been moved - please verify. 

* Due to incomplete information in inventory, there was a bit of an assumption made regarding which ports should be included in the move. I did my best to track down ethernet ports by the server's mac address, unfortunately, both NICs are listed with the same MAC. I based my decision to include ports on info from DC Ops that most (all?) of the time, they put the NICs on corresponding ports of the switch stack.
