This looks good to me with apr27 commercial trunk builds on win98, mac OS 9.0,
linux rh6.2.  Will let it soak another day or two, give it time to collect other
folks' comments, particularly for mozilla build verification.

I'm in agreement.  the branch looks good.  I don't think we need to worry about
vbranch and vtrunk keywords unless we have a branch thats planned for longer
than a week or so.
