Upon launching apprunner, the following dialog appears:

apprunner.exe - Unable to Locate DLL
The dynamic link library RASSCRPT.dll could not be found in the specified path
c:\x86rel;.;c:\winnt\system32;.......[blah blah blah]

dmw73, what build are you using?  Do you have the June 7 build?  What happens
with the latest build?

I've received this bug on every milestone to-date; including M6.  Haven't tried
M7 yet (last I checked it wasn't out)

M7 isn't out yet.  Have you tried the current daily build?

I can't reproduce this problem so I'm resolving as WORKSFORME until we get more
data.

I uploaded a file which contains some more details on the circumstances...I was
used the 06-08-99 nightly build on Windoze NT 4.0, SP5, P233, 128MB.

dmw, could you try this with latest build.  Reopening this bug.  No longer
grouping StartUp bugs.

I will resolve as WorksForMe and will Verify as so if we do not get input on
with the 19990601808 build withing 3 days.
