another bad row count bug, dots showing up in thread pane when it should be

I think I'm able to reproduce this when I use the alt 3 pane, load my inbox and
then close all my accounts.
here comes a screen shot.

I've never seen this. Closing (collapsing) the accounts shift the focus to the
tree, and when the account containing the displayed folder is collapsed, the
focus shifts to the account node, bringing up Account Central.

this was fixed a long time ago. And the fix was put into 1.4.2 as well.
