Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to https://developer-new.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/CSS/CSS_Reference
2. Choose the French locale from the "Languages" dropdown.


Actual results:

The page https://developer-new.mozilla.org/fr/docs/CSS is loaded.


Expected results:

* If a French locale of the CSS Reference is available, that should be loaded.
* If a French locale of the CSS Reference is not available, "French" should not be a choice in the dropdown.

This page had, and still has, a French translation in DekiWiki. I remember having edited it (as late as the SFO doc sprint w/ FredB).

So the expected behavior is:
* The French locale of the CSS Reference should have been loaded.

Someone probably created a revision with a redirect.

This one is fixed per FredB. If there are others with bad redirect content we will have to reopen this and fix them as we find them.

John: On this page for instance, only edit on Redirect 1 is on 06/16 while there was apparently no edits on the "original page" on this day. Might be a hint. I'd say they happened after an edit on the page, but I can't find a common thing among all those pages yet.

This doc doesn't exist in French.
But you can see in the en-US version URL that there is some redirection work that is being done and also with the text under the title (Redirected from Flexbox Redirect 1).
