I found this is 04/24/2001 build of Mozilla, using IMAP mail server. Create an imap folder on mail (not a local folder). Create 2 subfolders under it, called "folderB" and "folderC". Rename "folderC" to "folderA". "folderA" goes away until you close the parent folder then open it again.
rename / new folder -> naving.

Yes, we know about this bug, but it works on my debug build from yesterday.
