Steps: 1. Create an app manifest that contains a name and an overridden version of the name for a specific locale (see http://gemsbok7098.testmanifest.com/ for an example) 2. Install a nightly l10n build for that locale 3. Install that app in step #1 Expected: The application installed notification should be localized. This includes the "application installed" string and the name of the app against whatever was specified in the app manifest's locale name. Actual: The application installed string is localized, but the app name isn't.

Actually this isn't needed anymore, several localization issues were fixed by bug 777402.
