Steps to reproduce:

I tried to download a PDF file but I had to check something on the webpage I was browsing before so I focused on the fullscreen Firefox window.


Actual results:

The "Save As" page disappeared as expected, but you can't find it anymore. The same problems occurs for the "Downloads" window.


Expected results:

The "Save as" or "Downloads" window should be accessible on another desktop or by a shortcut in the Firefox UI

Hello.
I can't reproduce the problem on the latest Nightly build because since then the download manager was replaced by the downloads panel. 
Have you encountered this issue since the download manager changed? If yes, did you reproduce it on the latest Firefox build (https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/) ?
