User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0.1 Build ID: 20120614114901 Steps to reproduce: When you hover over a marker it only displays the title 90% of the time. If you approach the marker from a very short distance sometime the title is not displayed. Actual results: Title was not displayed. Here's a link to an example: https://google-developers.appspot.com/maps/documentation/javascript/examples/infowindow-simple Expected results: The title should always display when you are hovering over the marker.
Yes I am also seeing this, it happens a lot more often on multiple points. For example: http://geekout.org.uk/map/ zoom in on the blue path until you see the markers and hover over one after the other. They should all display a datetime when hovered over, but while the first one you try usually will, many after that will not. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:16.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/16.0 Behaves the same on Linux too.
Where it is marked as fixed...
Hi reporter, Following the thread discussion from comment 4, this seems to be a Google Maps Marker tooltip issue. Considering this I am marking this as resolved-INVALID. If it still proves to be a Firefox issue please feel free to reopen this. Thanks, Cipri
