Steps to reproduce:
Tried to import an attached .ics file.
Actual results:
Nothing at all.
Expected results:
It seems that the file contains symbols that are not valid UTF-8 and Lightning expects UTF-8. So I assume that parsing of the file failed, so I'd expected to get some error message/dialog.
