Apologies if this is a layout bug or a DUP, but I wanted to make sure this was
filed.
Build ID: 2001042508, using RedHat 7.0 using KDE.
Summary: Navigation panel (which is a gif) on Netscape.com doesn't show until
you context click it.
Also, I've noticed that sidebar maximized on startup sometimes causes the images
to appear like they should, but as soon as you collapse the view, the left
navigation panel doesn't show.

Here is the URL for the image itself, which seems to display fine (so _is_ this
a layout bug, then?)
