Actual results:
Filtered on 'Windows 7' - ok
Filtered on 'Praise' - ok
Filtered on 'Windows 7' then also 'Praise' - failed with an error quoting timeout despite it happening in a fraction of a second.
Expected results:
Seems your timeout is too low or your dashboard fails to be able to cope with more than one filter.
This was done on a number of filters over a period of time so isn't a one off.
