understanding that Bob Moss has to do *something* to move this over
(though I'm no github expert).

While we're moving the repo anyway, please check with hwine if it would help to move this into the Mozilla-administered group of repos on github.

Well, what Jeff meant here is that it should live under https://github.com/mozilla/mozmill. This is our classical wording mistake. :)
Given that no-one of us except Bob has access to the current repository, he should be the assignee of this bug. I hope that we can get this done soon.

So the repository has actually been moved but we have a lot of documentation which also has to be updated.
