Details
This is one of the functions NSS needs to provide for NSS/JSS reconciliation.
Maybe it's already been checked in, but I don't know what it's called.

CERT_CreateSubjectList() Look at the parameters and see if this function will
serve your needs. If so I'll set it up for export for you.

I think so. We only have two functions that are missing for JSS/NSS reconsiliation.
