Details

This is very easy to see by turning on paint flashing.
Component: Editor → Graphics
Component: Graphics → Layout
Seems likely to be fixed by dlbi.  Please retest with a build from when it was landed, or after it lands.

(And, really, I don't think it's worth testing stuff with paint flashing right now given that the set of repainting issues we'll have once dlbi lands will be basically unrelated to the set we have now, except for repaints triggered *directly* by handling of style changes.)
