Details

When an app is purchased on B2G (bug 776638) the JWT postback URL should:
- verify the developer signature
- do everything that the current app purchasing URL does (generate receipt, track stats, etc)
Blocks: marketplace-payments, 776638
When a postback from BlueVia is received, Marketplace should also notify the app via their registered postback URL.
