Are you unning Flash 11.3?
running*
Yes: 11.3 r300, also known as 11.3.300.265
Okay, can you disable protected mode in Flash 11.3 and make a try? See chapter "last resort" on http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1018071?tstart=0
(In reply to Loic from comment #5) > Okay, can you disable protected mode in Flash 11.3 and make a try? > See chapter "last resort" on http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1018071?tstart=0 That help article is too technical for me...I apologize.
No, it's not. ;) Just apply this chapter: To disable Protected Mode, add the following line ProtectedMode=0 to your mms.cfg file located in: Windows 32bit: C:\windows\system32\macromed\flash Windows 64bit: C:\windows\syswow64\macromed\flash (<- your case: Win 7 64 bits) If the mms.cfg file does not exist, create one using any standard text editor (e.g.. notepad) Depending on your operating system, you might need to first save the mms.cfg file to a writable location (such as your documents or desktop folder) and then copy the file into the destination folder using Windows Explorer. To re-enable Protected Mode, simply remove the line from the mms.cfg file. *********** In addition, can you make a screenshot of your issue (press PrintScreen on your keyboard when the display issue appears, save the file as JPEG in MS Paint and attach the image to this bug)
I did disable protected mode. However, since I used up all my plays on that site for today (Tuesday), I will have to try again tomorrow (Wednesday)
Okay, thanks for the feedback. If you enable protected mode again (it's just the line ProtectedMode=0 to delete), try to take a screenshot of the display issue if you can.
Hello William, I just found your old bug report from 2012 and want to say sorry that there was no furter information on it. I know that there was many problems with flash in this days and I also think that you are no more able to reproduce it with an actual Firefox version. can you please confirm, or give us an actual example? thanks for your help and sorry for the late response Stefan
