From chat with :arr, and :coop, we need to repurpose 8 of the HP machines as Linux Foopies.

7 to move to mtv1, to help support the new tegra load. 1 to stay in scl1 to assist in testing/bringing up pandas.

The HP's are currently being used as B2G builders, so we need to take them out of production. If load is an issue we should spin up more VMs for B2G, possibly in AWS [as a separate bug]

I've set aside bld-centos6-hp-0[20-23,36-39] for use as linux foopys, pulling 4 from the build pool and 4 from the try pool.

Re-assigning to Callek to get them set up.
