If you open the developer toolbar (shift-f2) and do "console open" (which as you'd expect puts keyboard focus in the console) then re-focus the toolbar and do "console close" the toolbar loses focus. But it shouldn't. Another focus tweak: if the console is already open and you do "console open" it does nothing, and also doesn't move focus to the console. It seems like it should.
"tilt close" also causes focus to be lost.
Closing because too old, and also because I wasn't able to reproduce.
