We added a progress bar to make AoA stats more motivating in Bug 766534, however the "goal" for replies in 24 hours seems to be a bit low. Perhaps we should increase it?
I looked up some metrics and passed them on to Madalina. trailing 90 day average: ~134 trailing 30 day average: ~160 Madalina wants to set the goal at 175 for now.

This was a followup to bug 766534. Setting same priority.

Can we make this goal dynamic so it's not locked at 175 forever? Such as according to the 30 day average we increase it by 5%. Maybe even on a weekly or daily basis.
