:sledru - just so you know about this https://blog.mozilla.org/channels/ still resolves and is over 5 years out of date - looks bad and couldn't someone just kill that feed so the URL doesn't exist?
Flags: needinfo?(sledru)
Ouch, indeed, we should close it. Merci Lukas! Pascal will help with that

It would also be good to redirect the url to http://release.mozilla.org/

Confirmed with Pascal that we're not worried about exporting/preserving any old content, so we can just shut this blog down and redirect all URLs to release.m.o

I deleted the blog(http://blog.mozilla.com/channels/). Added in Redirect Rule as well to WP Engine. Channels blog.mozilla.org /channels http://release.mozilla.org/ 301 Permanent

Ignore the initial "Channels" before blog.mozilla.org/channels above. It was a paste mistake on my end. The site redirects properly. jkrejci-23847:~ jkrejci$ curl -I blog.mozilla.org/channels HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently Server: nginx Date: Mon, 04 Dec 2017 21:40:12 GMT Content-Type: text/html Content-Length: 178 Connection: keep-alive Keep-Alive: timeout=20 Location: http://release.mozilla.org/
Thanks Joey, I confirm that it redirects to the new blog now.
