Details

Some Reps are a little bit reluctant to be mentored because in some cases, their mentor is actually less experienced than them. This requires a clear explanation of the role of a mentor and what the mentor's role is, that way there is no confusion and no possible conflict during the actual mentorshp phase.

Is this something we can solve by adding to the SOP for interviews AND creating a definition of mentor for referral at any time.
