I want a debug pref checkbox that will allow users to toggle between seeing the
directory viewer and seeing html when they load a ftp, gopher, file url.

you've added the dir pref to a section containing only http prefs... perhaps
it'd be better to make a separate section for this?  but it is just a Debug
only prefs page, so i suppose it really doesn't matter... sr=darin.

Thanks for the review.

At some point, we probably can clean this pane up and move it under Advanced. 
Then we should make a HTTP box, and a FTP box.  FTP already has a pref setting
directly under the Advanced category.  

I will file a bug for this.
