Bookmarks can only be deleted from context menu (not from toolbar).

Actually, it seems almost *all BM manipulation* must be done by right clicking -
this is bad.

The other bug makes no mention of the *toolbar* not working (only of the DEL key
and context menues). Therefore, this really is not a dupe.

Changing summary to be more clear.

NO, this is NOT a dupe. 

The other bug *only* mentions clipboard, delete key and context menu
functionality. It makes NO mention of the *toolbar* not working. 

Please do not dupe this bug unless you can provide a meaningful reason.

Umm...look at a bunch of dups in the bug, or the bug summary itself. It's all 
the same problem.
