Draft copy requested by July 31, final copy by August 1, for an August 15 send date.

As part of the Tiger Team initiative around the milestone of 3 billion Add-ons downloaded, we're sending a 1-off email.

Since we needed to open a design bug to run parallel to copy, I wrote "filler" copy. Please massage it and make it sound "purdy" :) The only specific note from EJ on the copy was if we could please reference back-to-school and possibly some collections.
