Prerequisites:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:17.0) Gecko/17.0 Firefox/17.0

Steps to reproduce:
1.Login to Marketplace 
2.Open an app and try to submit a review, but do not rate it.

Expected results:
"This field is required" message is displayed and user is still able to rate the app

Actual results:
"This field is required" message is displayed but the rating stars are not available anymore and the user is not able to rate the app.

NOTES:
The app is automatically rated with one star after adding text and pressing "Submit review" button, even if no rating was given by the user.
