77735 - Path with spaces not handled when regxpcom registers nppl3260.dll

Seems to be a problem in the parameter string passed to regxpcom.exe.
Spaces in the path are not handled correctly,  Should probably be delimted 
with so it regxpcom knows that it is all one parameter

Installing Build 2001042604
Win2K
Default Install Directory (including spaces) 
C:\Program Files\Netscape\Netscape 6\

Gives these three errors:

Successfully registered: C:\Program
Register failed (80520001): Files\Netscape\Netscape
Register failed (80520001): 6\components\nppl3260.dll

This does not seem to be happening any more with the recent builds on the
machine that was originally causing the problem consistantly.  - timb -
