Steps:
1. Go to http://people.mozilla.com/~fdesre/openwebapps/test.html
2. Install the app with appcache
Expected:
A prompt should appear asking for confirmation to install the foobar app.
Actual:
Nothing happens.

I just tested and it works fine here, using gaia 4e3e703674034a331097e66790c6c43ecce05dcd and mozilla-inboud 100445:c2de5964dafc
