77762 - Collapsing AddressingPane leaves a blank block

2001-04-26-09-trunk build.

In composing a reply message, I click on the twister to collapse the addressing
pane. The addressing pane does go away but the space does not get reclaimed. It
leaves a blank block filled w/ background color.

Using 2001-04-30 on win, mac and linux I don't see what you are seeing Tao, but 
I am seeing stange behavior of the collapsed addressing pane after sending then 
composing again (with it collapsed).  I will log a separate bug. 

For this reported bug, I did:
1. Clicked Reply to a message, 
2. Collapsed the Addressing pane
3. Clicked in the message body to get focus there and started typing. 

I did not see a blank block with a background, the text typed above the quoted 
text as I had placed my cursor there.  It typed below the quoted text if I 
placed my cusor there.

Could you try this again and if it's still happens, and more specific steps.

Couldn't reproduce it w/ 2002-06-24-08.10 commerical build.
