Details

Research what host is using 10.12.40.23 on the winbuild vlan as it isn't giving a host name in DHCP.
Assignee: server-ops-releng → mlarrain
found that 10.12.40.23 was the IPMI for w64-ix-slave03 made the reservation updates in DHCP for it and everything is working now.

w64-ix-slave03-mgmt.winbuild.scl1.mozilla.com has address 10.12.41.21 Which checks out if you actually log into the console at 10.12.41.21. So something is up if .23 is also the console.

that is cause i fixed the entries in dhcp already :)
