Build 2001-04-25-08: Mac 9.04 Build 2001-04-26-04: Win ME Haven't tried linux yet. Overview: Insert two smileys next to each other on the same line. Send/receive the message and the smileys appear as text. Steps to reproduce: 1. In the prefs for Mail/Newsgroups, Message Display make sure that the "Display emoticons as graphics" is selected. 2. Go to Edit|Mail/News Account Settings and make sure that the "Compose messages in HTML format" is selected. 3. Create a new message and witht he cursor in the body of the message select the smiley icon twice so that they appear side-by-side. 4. Send/receive the message Actual results: Notice that the smileys appear as text. Smileys appear graphically in the following situation: - In step 3 if a comma is placed between the two smileys then the smileys appear as a graphic after the message is received. - Place one smiley on different lines Expected results: The two smileys should appear graphically even if they are adjacent.
